Who is the man behind the crown?
I am a builder by nature. I landed in America at 18 with nothing but a red bow tie, $75 in my pocket, and a vision that wouldn’t let me sleep. Today, I’m the CEO of Hair Queen LA, but my true calling is Legacy Builder. My journey from the dust of Bakassa, Cameroon, to the lights of Los Angeles isn't just a success story—it’s the blueprint. It’s proof that the 'Exotic Life' belongs to anyone willing to outwork their circumstances.
What does "Exotic" actually mean?
'Exotic' isn't a marketing buzzword—it’s a standard of unapologetic authenticity. It’s where high-tier luxury meets raw African resilience. When you invest in an Exotic unit, you aren't just buying hair; you’re aligning with a global movement that rejects the ordinary. It’s a crown for those who know their worth and aren’t afraid to show it.
What is the "Road to 10 Fountains" mission?
As a child in Cameroon, I walked miles for a single bucket of water. I promised myself then that if I ever made it across the ocean, I’d reach back. We’ve already commissioned two sustainable fountains in Bassa; every purchase from our Care Line fuels the groundbreaking for Fountain #3. We are quite literally transforming the beauty industry into life-saving infrastructure.
Why the heavy focus on education in Cameroon?
Talent is universal, but opportunity is a zip code lottery. I want to be the bridge I never had at 17. By providing thousands of textbooks and covering school fees for the youth in my village, we aren't just giving back—we are funding the next generation of African CEOs. We don’t just sell hair; we invest in the brains that will one day build their own empires.
Can I build an empire like yours?
I don't believe in gate-keeping; I believe in gate-opening. I built Hair Queen LA from zero, and I use my CEO Masterclasses to hand over the keys. From registering your LLC to sourcing elite vendors, if you bring the hunger, I provide the blueprint. The goal isn't just for me to win—it’s for us to dominate as a collective.
What is the Big Moyo 'CEO Standard'?
Excellence has no ego. You’ll see me at the LA Flagship daily because presence is the price of leadership. I’m the CEO who isn't above cleaning the floors of my own shop. The CEO Standard is about staying rooted in your culture, protecting your community, and ensuring your success serves as a bridge for the next person to cross. We lead from the front.

THE VISION
"I arrived in this country with nothing and a red bow tie. I didn't build Hair Queen LA just to sell hair; I built it to prove that success is a bridge. If your empire doesn't reach back to help the community that raised you, it’s just a house of cards. We are building for the long haul—from the streets of LA to the wells of Bakassa."
