Eligibility for Free Shipping is calculated based on your order subtotal. Please note that taxes and additional fees do not count toward the Free Shipping threshold.

The Timeline of Excellence Quality cannot be rushed.

  • Processing: All orders require 7–10 business days to be meticulously prepared and processed.
  • Delivery: Once your order has been cleared for departure, expect an additional 1–7 business days for transit.
  • Status Updates: While we purchase and attach your shipping label as soon as payment is confirmed, your package will only leave the Kingdom once the product is perfect.

Signature Security To protect your investment, every shipment requires a signature upon delivery. Our couriers are instructed never to leave packages at doorsteps or in mailboxes. We ensure your crown reaches your hands, and no one else's.

SHIPPING DELAYS & PLANNING

Plan Your Reign. We strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to place your order. If you have a hair appointment, a gala, or a deadline, please order well in advance to account for the unexpected.

We provide delivery estimates based on real-time data from UPS. However, Hair Queen LA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters.
  • National holidays (which do not count as business days).
  • Carrier-specific logistics delays.

Note: We entrust UPS with the final delivery of your package. Should a carrier delay occur, shipping charges are non-reimbursable. For high-priority inquiries, contact info@hairqueenla.com.
